IS IT TRULY UNLIMITED TASKS?

Yes. You can submit as many tasks as you’d like with some restrictions.

Each request submitted will go into a queue. You can have up to two tasks in progress, and two in the “pending queue” at any given time. As soon as one task is marked as completed, a new task from the “pending queue” will move into the “in-progress” slot. Any additional tasks can then be added to the “pending queue”.

This applies to each service category. For example:

If you have both the unlimited website services plan, and the unlimited consulting support plan, you can then have a total of four (4) tasks in each queue, for a total of eight (8) active tasks at any given time.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED A WEBSITE TASK?

If it’s a request that can be completed in 45 minutes or less, pertains to your WordPress website, then it’s considered a qualifying task. If our estimate exceeds this time, we will contact you to see if it can be split into multiple tasks. If we believe it will exceed this time then it would be considered a project. No worries either way. There are no surprises or hidden fees.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED A CONSULTING TASK?

As with the website tasks, all consulting tasks are submitted via our electronic ticket system and will continue to take place in this format. If it’s a request that can be completed in 45 minutes or less and pertains to your business, then it’s considered a qualifying task. If our estimate exceeds this time, we will contact you to see if it can be split into multiple tasks. If we believe it will exceed this time then it would be considered a project. No worries either way. There are no surprises or hidden fees.

WILL I STILL NEED TO USE MY CURRENT PROVIDERS?

There’s no simple yes/no answer to this question. My goal is to provide you with options that will put you back into the driver’s seat when it comes to your online presence. I’m not in the business of tearing apart any existing relationships. Especially where it is serving you well. But at the same time, we understand that many arrangements are not in your best interest. Our services can coincide if necessary, or on stand on their own.
